A Healthy self-worth is essential for overall well-being and can affect one's mental health, relationships, and ability to cope with challenges. Strategies for improving self-worth include engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment, surrounding oneself with supportive people, seeking therapy or counseling, and practicing mindfulness and self-care techniques. I can assist clients in developing a healthier self-worth by helping them to recognize and challenge negative self-talk, setting boundaries, practicing self-compassion, and cultivating self-awareness.

The inspiration for the Life Ambiance Blueprint was created from a speech delivered on October 26, 1967. Dr. King explains the importance of constructing a blueprint for our life that has a solid foundation that incorporates dignity, self-worth, and that your life has significance.
Unfortunately, for some of us our life blueprint was altered by traumatic experiences such as grief, loss, relational conflict, cultural-racial bias, or other detriments to our mental health.
I created the Life Ambiance Blueprint as a means of addressing the need to redefine our 'blueprint' that is constructed in a way that creates an 'ambiance' of peace, joy, tranquility, and health that is resilient to life circumstances.
Creating a life that promotes a peaceful ambiance
with regard to mental health encompasses reducing stress, anxiety, and relational conflict. This can be accomplished by developing skills that enhance positive social interactions that offer a sense of belonging and connection. A healthy balance and life alignment are also key elements to achieving tranquil life existence. At times there are life challenges that require us to redefine the original blueprint of our life.
